Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating yoga session led by Arun, who will guide you through dynamic poses and gentle stretches to align body, mind, and spirit. Feel the tension melt away as you move through each posture, finding strength, flexibility, and balance within yourself.

In the afternoon, dive into the transformative practice of breathwork led by Marisol, where you will explore the power of conscious breathing to release tension, expand awareness, and unlock your full potential. Through deep, rhythmic breathing exercises, you will tap into the wisdom of your body and experience profound states of relaxation and clarity.

Throughout the day, you will be supported by a community of like-minded individuals, all on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Together, we will create a sacred space for healing, transformation, and connection.

THE FACILITATOR

JOSHUA

Based in Tulum, Mexico, Joshua brings a holistic Mind, Body, and Spirit approach through education, integrative nutrition, and kundalini yoga. Born in Mesa, Arizona, Joshua received his first yoga teacher training through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (Yoga Alliance). As a graduate of Kundalini Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, guided classes and workshops with Gurmukh and Gurushabd. His classes are guided on how to release what no longer serves our body from everything on and off of our food plate. His daily devoted spiritual practice of SADHANA brings opportunity and guidance through the art of deep listening and observing repetitive low vibrational patterns that keeps us from elevating. Joshuas practice allows one to take the steps towards learning how to unlearn to relearn by not conforming to the patterns of this world, but being transformed by the renewing of your mind.

ARUN

Arun is at his most balanced self when he can physically express in the form of sports, martial arts, or the practice of yoga. At the age of 10, he attended his first yoga class and then dedicated years to learning, training, and teaching capoeira (afro-brazilian martial art) in Mumbai and Goa in his home country of India. At the age of 28, he was reintroduced to the asana practice in Goa. This initiated an inquiry into the science and anatomy of yoga. He strives to live by the principles of Ashtanga and his regular sadhana. This includes asana practise, meditation, chanting,

breath retentions, and arm balances.

Marisol

Marisol is born in Germany with Spanish heritage and driven by a passion for bringing together diverse communities. Her profound reverence for the wisdom and rituals spanning different cultures has guided her on a transformative path, seeking to harmonize ancient traditions with the complexities of modern life. With years of experience as a breathwork practitioner, Marisol leads individuals through conscious connected breath sessions, facilitating transformative journeys. Through her teachings, she empowers others to harness the power of the breath, enabling the release of emotions and memories stored within the body for profound healing and growth.
